F&R Construction, a leader in Puerto Rico’s construction industry, today announced the delivery of two new projects, adding to its portfolio of landmark works that mark the Island’s development.

“We are pleased to announce today the delivery of two important projects within our new construction portfolio. The first is the Las Cascadas Hotel in Aguadilla, and the second is the San Isidro Vocational High School in Canóvanas,” said Eng. Angel Antonio Fullana, president of the company.

Las Cascadas Hotel — Aguadilla

The new Las Cascadas Hotel in Aguadilla is a modern eight-story hospitality property with approximately 17,000 square feet of construction, featuring 79 Deluxe rooms, of which 8 are designated as Suites and another 8 are fully equipped for guests with physical disabilities. The luxury hotel also features event halls, restaurants, a bar, a gym, and administrative offices — all topped on the uppermost level by a stunning pool with panoramic views and a cocktail lounge.

“We are confident that with the new hotel we are delivering to the Autonomous Municipality of Aguadilla, we are not only adding hotel rooms to the Island’s inventory, but also enhancing the region’s tourism and dining offerings — both for local visitors and for all the tourists who arrive at Rafael Hernández Airport,” said Eng. Angel Antonio Fullana.

San Isidro Vocational High School — Canóvanas

Representing an investment of $20.2 million, the new San Isidro Vocational High School in Canóvanas will serve students in grades 10 through 12, offering academic courses alongside 8 vocational workshops. The educational complex consists of a two-story building with regular classrooms, a community pavilion, a separate building dedicated exclusively to vocational workshops, a cafeteria with a kitchen, a large outdoor courtyard, two gazebos, and a security booth.

“We are equally convinced that the new San Isidro Vocational High School in Canóvanas will make a positive contribution to the Municipality. It will bring a new academic offering to high school students — especially those looking to develop themselves in the vocational field. We are proud to have been part of these projects and to contribute to Puerto Rico’s development in two areas as vital as tourism and the education of our youth, particularly at a time when the Island faces so many fiscal and economic challenges,” said the chief executive of F&R Construction.
